Panim el Panim, "Face-to-Face” The CFJE Department of High School Education sponsors the participation of Chicago area Jewish teens in Panim el Panim: High School in Washington, a teen leadership experience in Washington, D.C. for 11th, and 12th graders. The purpose of this 4-day program is to address the need for greater involvement among Jewish adolescents in activities and programs which will provide stronger identification with and commitment to the Jewish community long-term. The CFJE and the Washington Institute for Jewish Leadership provide significant subsidies to all delegates. Participants are nominated by their rabbi, education director/principal and/or youth director. To learn more about the program, contact Marcia Seltzer-Tobias at (847) 410-3900, x14, or mstobias@cfje.org. You can also learn more about PANIM by visiting the national website at www.panim.org.
